To request complete and permanent data erasure of your Facebook data that Meteorgo collects to post articles and artwork to your Facebook Business page, please email us at email@example.com, or go to meteorgo.com and click on the chat support button in the bottom right hand corner of the page. Tell our support technician that you would like your Facebook data erased from our system.
Please keep in mind, that if you log into the Meteorgo dashboard after the request, we will need to pull the your data again from Facebook.
Meteorgo collects the following data from your Facebook account that enables Meteorgo to post articles and artwork to your Facebook Business Page
First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Facebook ID Number, Facebook Access Token, Business Page ID Number, Business Page Token
Your Facebook Page Performance data that is displayed in the dashboard is pulled live from Facebook on page load and is never stored in our system.
We do not collect other personal information, or information from your personal account other that what is listed above, as it is not in the scope of the services that Meteorgo offers.
The Meteor dashboard may use cookie and tracking technology depending on the features offered. Cookie and tracking technology are useful for gathering information such as browser type and operating system, tracking the number of visitors to the site, and understanding how visitors use the site. Cookies can also help customize the site for visitors. Personal information cannot be collected via cookies and other tracking technology, however, if you previously provided personally identifiable information, cookies may be tied to such information. Aggregate cookie and tracking information may be shared with third parties.
If required, we may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. All posts from the Meteor App to your social media business pages is controlled by you. The Meteor App will never post without your approval. To set up your post settings, please log into your Meteor Dashboard and under the Content tab, you will be able to change your post settings.
